A walk from Oliwa
The route from the center of Oliwa to the ZOO is about 2.3 km
By bike
We encourage you to come to the ZOO on bikes! Next to the ticket office there are stands for over 60 bicycles.
By bus
169 – runs all year round on the route Oliwa – ZOO – Osowa
622 – runs only in the summer on the route Oliwa – ZOO – Oliwa
By train – Fast City Rail (SKM Tricity)
You need to get off the train at the Gdańsk Oliwa stop and than you can have a walk to the ZOO (ca. 2,5 km) or take a bus.
By car
Parking for cars, buses and motorbikes is located at ul. Karwieńska, approx. 300 m before the entrance to the ZOO. Parking fees:
7 PLN / 1h – car, motorcycle
30 PLN / 1 day -all vehicles
Parking meters accept coins or the credit card. Parking meters do not give change.
You can pay parking fees remotely by free APCOA FLOW app, that allows:
- payment by app
- notification about end of paid parking time
- informs about the total number of places
- parking entry pictures
- navigate to the parking lot

ZOO entrance
The main entrance gate, ticket offic and ticket machines are open every day, all year round.
The new entrance from the parking lot is open from May till September. In May, June and September only on weekends and public holidays, in July and August every day. There are ticket machines, ticket office and also signs with QR codes to buy tickets next to the entrance. In the other periods when the entrance frotm the parking is closed please go to the main entrance.
